International Shipping Policy

For all other international orders, please allow 3-11 business days for delivery. Processing times remain the same as stated above, and shipping times may vary based on your location and postal service efficiency.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is dispatched. Please make sure to check your spam folder in case our shipping confirmation emails are redirected there.
Tracking may take 24-48 hours to update.

Need Assistance?

If your order hasn’t been updated in the system for a while, this could be due to courier delays. If your order exceeds the estimated delivery time, please reach out to us at oklumi@support.com or through our Contact Us page for support.

Additional Information:

  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 7 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
  • Shipping Delays: Unforeseen factors such as weather or postal delays may cause longer delivery times. We appreciate your patience during these circumstances.
  • Changes to Orders: Please review your order carefully before finalizing it. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be changed.

Estimated Shipping Times (Free & Priority)

Please note that shipping times are estimated from the date the order is shipped and may arrive slightly before or after the stated timeframe due to customs clearances, weather conditions, and other factors outside of our control, although this timeframe reflects the general timeframe of most of our orders.

Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received

Standard Shipping:
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, our responsibility for the shipment ends, although if you would like assistance on locating your package please contact us,  If you live in a multi-unit residence (e.g., an apartment complex), please check with building management, concierge services, or neighbours to locate the package, as it may have been left in a secure area.

Priority Processing + Insured Shipping:
For orders with Priority Processing + Insured Shipping, we fully protect your package against loss or damage until it reaches the delivery address. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, the delivery is considered complete and theft or missing packages after delivery are not covered under this insurance.
